Your Enemy Has No Clue

Emeka was the only black boy in his school and all the white boys used to pick on him and call him a monkey. Emeka was so tired of all the bullying that he decided to learn karate and boxing just to defend himself.
The bullies came to taunt Emeka again and instead of running away or begging like he would have done in the past, he gave them the beating of their lives. Nobody ever dared to bully Emeka again.
20 years later, Emeka contested for the governorship election of his state and won. Emeka's political party had exactly half of the national assembly, this meant that the opposition could impeach him if one of his party members decided to cross to the other party.
The politicians in the state saw the situation and decided to blackmail Emeka by requesting a lot of money from him. Unknown to them, Emeka recorded and video taped the whole conversation and then he leaked it to the press. The public were impressed and loved him more because for the first time, they were proud that they had a governor who could not be blackmailed.
What are those difficult experiences you have been through that you eventually conquered? What are those life threatening experiences that you survived? It was God preparing you for the challenges of the future.
King David said in 1 Samuel 17:36 (ESV)Your servant has struck down both lions and bears, and this uncircumcised Philistine shall be like one of them, for he has defied the armies of the living God.”
Your enemy has no clue that you have conquered his type before. Your enemy will not know until the last minute that he was wrong to underestimate you. Just like Goliath was shocked by David, may your enemies be shocked this week. This is your season of victory, all those who are waiting to laugh at you will cover their heads in shame in Jesus name.
