Adekunle and his wife Bukola never had it easy until recent years, they struggled with paying the house rent, paying the school fees and other kinds of bills but in recent times, God began to bless them so much that they became billionaires.
They wished they could relive the childhood of their two grown children but they had grown up already so they said to themselves “ let us make another baby that will be pampered forever”. In 9 months, God gave them a cute, pretty girl and they named her Tinuke. In Yorubaland, children that are called Tinuke were born to be pampered, they were born to be lavished upon, they are the object of their parent’s love.
Ladies and gentlemen, when God created man, He had the exact same thoughts on His mind, He said to the Trinity, “let us make another spirit just like Us and We will hand over our most beautiful planet; the earth to him, He will be just like us and anytime we see them, they will give us so much joy”
That is why the Psalmist cried out in Psalm 8;4-5 “ What is man that You take thought of him and the son of man that You care for him? Yet You have made him a little lower than God and You crown him with glory and majesty!
We were created for God’s pleasure, God loved the idea of little gods running all over the earth, it was God who invented the concept of ‘mini-me’ used in Mike Myer’s Austin Powers.
You were created to be loved and God loves you, let these words change the way you think of yourself from now on.
