Fear Not!

I have a one year old daughter and she is the cutest princess in the world.  Anytime I see her,  I just want to kiss her soft cheeks,  it doesn’t matter how many times in a day.  When she looks at me with those beautiful innocent eyes,  my heart melts.  I am her earthly father,  God entrusted her into my care,  we didn’t have to do much,  my wife and I made love (which was fun by the way 😁) and in 9 months,  God gave her the strength to push her out.

My point is this, we are vessels in God’s hands,  stop struggling for the things God has not given you.  I have noticed one thing about God,  when it is time for Him to show up,  things come easy, you will not have to stress about it!

King David had been fighting Ishbosheth the Son of Saul for 7 years and in one day, the head of Ishbosheth was brought to David,  he didn’t have to scheme or battle to make that happen and in one day,  David became the king of all Israel.
Fear is simply faith in the words of the devil. The devil loves to send fear ahead because he needs your permission to do evil in your life! The doctor tells you that in 2 weeks you will be dead and so you begin to countdown till 2 weeks, the bank tells you they are coming to shut down your business in a month and then you start counting down.

The Bible says in Psalm 112:7(NLT) about the righteous man: They  do not fear bad news; they confidently trust the LORD to care for them.

Don’t fear bad news! It is the opinion of man who doesn’t know tomorrow,  be excited and have fun! The biggest miracle on earth is the birth of a baby, you gave your wife sperm and in 9 months it became a baby and God made the process fun!  Women talk about labor pains but then they want to have another baby!

Don’t focus on any evil report or news don’t even talk about it,  trust God to sort it out and He will.  Fear is confidence in the devil,  faith is confidence in God. Which will you choose?
