The Spirit of the Sovereign LORD is upon me, for the LORD has anointed me to bring good news to the poor.
Funso wanted to start a catering business, everyone had always told her that she was a good cook but she kept hearing voices that told her that she wasn't really good at cooking, people were just encouraging her because they were her friends. On the other hand, a voice told her that this could be her big break that would lead her to financial freedom.
For two years Funso listened to the voice of fear and doubt but one day she made up her mind to do it afraid and Funso's life changed forever, she became the number one celebrity chef in Africa.
Fear has a voice and faith also has a voice. The voice of fear of will keep you on a spot while the voice of faith will propel you to action. I have learnt that the devil pumps you with fear because he needs your permission to do negative things in your life but if you don't give in to fear, the devil is powerless.
What is that thing you are scared of, banish fear and go ahead, faith is not the absence of fear, it is simply faith that has refused to give in to fear! Step out! Make that move, your next level beckons, move into it! Remember 2 Timothy 1:7 For God has not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.
