"If we are not careful, this small boy will take over, we need to
protect our interests". Femi worked as a marketer in a bank, he got the
job as a contract staff but it was not long before it became clear that Femi
was a natural; in one year, he had broken all records, he single handedly
brought in more clients than all the other marketers put together and he was
promoted to a branch manager.
In his new branch, Femi kept on bringing in business and
now the directors began to envy him, they felt their positions were at stake, he was
so good at what he did that everyone looked stupid and dumb whenever he talked.
Only the chairman and members of the board liked him, he was hated because he
was so successful.
The directors conspired against Femi and he was fired unceremoniously
despite all his hard work, he was so distraught that he moved to another city
to start all over. He began to have the same results; everything Femi did was
successful. Envy began to rise again, he was frustrated so he quit voluntarily.
Femi then decided to start his own business and finally,
he found rest, he was comfortable in his own skin, he could explore all the
ideas God had given him and they all turned out to be immensely profitable.
The bible says in Deuteronomy 28:8 (NLT) "The LORD
will guarantee a blessing on #everything you do and will fill your storehouses
with grain. The LORD your God will bless you in the land he is giving you.
If you are truly a child of God, everything you do will
be successful and you will attract envy, don't let it discourage you, it will
only move you to the next level till you can stand on your own.
The dream and plan of God for you is to spearhead something
of your own and to be a boss!The bible says in Deuteronomy 28:13 (MSG) God will
make you the head, not the tail; you’ll always be the top dog, #never the bottom dog. (Notice the word
'never') wherever you are, God wants to raise you up to the place where your
voice will count, a place where your ideas will be implemented.
Wherever you were fired is because God did not want you
there, keep trusting God, envy, hate and jealousy cannot stop God's plan for
your life, you are going to the top in Jesus name. Amen.
