About 3 weeks later, Peter met an elderly man who just took a liking to him, he said Peter looked like his late son who died 5 years ago. A month later, the man died and he willed everything he had to Peter. His friend who used to mock him decided that he would always pay his tithe from that day on.
The devil is selling a lie to many young believers and it is about the tithe and about giving to God. If you as a Christian believe that it is wrong or not proper to pay tithes, give to the church or give to your man of God, you CANNOT prosper, you may have money for a while but prosperity is MORE than money!
You may say many people from other religions are rich and they don't tithe or give to the church. Money can come to you from other sources apart from Jesus but only Jesus gives wealth without sorrow and don't be deceived everyone tithes! You may be tithing to the bank because of money you owe or the hospital.
Here is what the bible says in Luke 18:29 (MSG) no one who has sacrificed home, spouse, brothers, sisters, parents, children- whatever- will lose out. It will all come back multiplied many times over in your lifetime. And then the bonus of eternal life!
Jesus says anything you give to the Gospel will MULTIPLY! If you are a businessman like me, my biggest investment will be in the church because the multiplication is guaranteed! You are dealing with God and He is not a man, He doesn't lie!
Anyone who mocks you for giving to God's house is not your friend, that person is of the devil because he doesn't want you to prosper.
Change your mindset and begin to see from God's perspective, your finances will change!
