One of the power scriptures for every Christian should be Psalm 91:7 and it says " A thousand may fall at your side, ten thousand at your right hand, but it will not come near you."
If you are a child of God you must believe your case will be different, it doesn't matter if all your friends lose their jobs and your married neighbors are fighting everyday, it doesn't matter if people are screaming about the recession, always believe and say to yourself "my case is different"
Take a minute to meditate on this psalm, this was someone who saw death, disease and destruction everywhere he looked, he saw thousands dead at his side and when he looked to the other side, ten thousand were dead YET he believed and said to himself, "my case is different"
There was a reason David was confident and it is in Psalm 91:9 "because I have made the LORD who is my refuge and even the Most High my dwelling place.
When you have the habit of constantly coming to the presence of God, your case will be different. When you play worship music and pray in the Spirit, when you meditate on the Word and keep your thoughts clean, when you lift your hands to say "thank You Jesus" you are dwelling in the presence of God and your case will be different in Jesus name.
