God Will Deliver You

"Good day sir, your rent is due and we are expecting payment this week". As Fred dropped the phone another call came in "Happy new year sir, please be reminded that you are to make payments for your children's school fees without which they will not be allowed to resume in school".  He was still thinking of how to sort out the bills when a text message came in from his office. One of their major foreign  partners had cancelled their contract because of the exchange rate.

Fred felt like screaming but he checked himself and began to praise God and thank Him for keeping his life till today. As he praised, he felt a peace rest on him and a scripture came to him; 

Psalm 34:19 Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the LORD delivers him out of them all.

Wow! God promised to deliver him from ALL his troubles, not some of them! He immediately wrote a list of his urgent needs and presented them to God and then he gave thanks for them everyday.  Before that week ran out, Fred paid all the bills.

Beloved, there are so many troubles in the beginning of the year but learn to rest in the Word, God will deliver you! You will not and cannot  deliver yourself, it won't be a partial deliverance, it will be from ALL your troubles.

A righteous person is someone who trusts in and believes in Jesus and the finished work of the cross.

After you thank God, go to sleep, stop overthinking and over analyzing. You are not a bastard, God is your Father and He will take care of you! You are delivered from all your troubles in Jesus name.
