There will be seasons in your life when you will face impossible situations, you would have tried all your best but nothing would work and at that desperate moment you would turn to God and cry for help.
Unfortunately, God is not moved by your tears, what moves God is faith! The bible tells us that without faith it is IMPOSSIBLE to please God. Hebrews 11:6 . Why is it impossible to please God without faith? God doesn't want you guessing if He is God, He wants you to know for sure that He is your Source and that He loves you. God is sad when the children He died on the cross for begin to doubt His love for them. In other words, unbelief is doubting God's love and power.
If my wife or daughter were to doubt my love for them that would be painful, imagine how God feels then when we doubt Him! Faith on the other hand brings God innumerable pleasure! If you have ever heard your wife or child boasting about you, you would smile to yourself and make sure that they got everything they talked about!
Learn to boast in God, it gives God great pleasure. Tell your friends, I can't afford a brand new Mercedes but my daddy is rich, He can afford it and He will give it to me! Psalm 44:8 says "In God we boast all day long!"
Wow! Imagine you boasting in God 24 hours everyday. You tell your friends " I don't know how I am going to pay that bill but silver and gold belongs to my Daddy and He will give it to me". Never ever, ever talk like someone who doesn't have help.
How does faith come? The bible tells us that faith comes by hearing and hearing the word of God. Romans 10;17. Faith is spiritual currency; you want to buy a car they tell you "show me the money" when you need a miracle God also says "show me your faith". When you are full of faith you will walk in the miraculous. Spend time reading the Word, faith books and listen to CDs. You are on your way to a life of miracles.
