Love Your Neighbor As Yourself

"Jesus You know I love You so much and I serve You with all my heart, yet I struggle for everything, is there something I am not doing right?"

John prayed as he knelt before God, Jesus said to him "You love the Lord but you don't love your neighbors, there is so much unforgiveness, bitterness and hatred in your heart, if you will let go of all those hurts, your sins will be forgiven too and your prayers will be answered"

John confessed all his sins and forgave all those who had wronged him, in 3 months, John experienced a turn around in every area of his life.

Many Christians love God, they spend time in His presence but they have so much hate, bitterness and unforgiveness against people. God is very passionate about us living in love. Jesus tells us that the two greatest commandments in the bible are to;

1.  "'Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind'; and, 

2.'Love your neighbor as yourself.'"

If you don't love your neighbor as yourself, you are disobedient to God and you can't get blessed. If you hold unforgiveness in your heart against people, God will not forgive you too! Remember the Lord's prayer says in Matthew 6:12 (NLT)
and forgive us our sins, as we have forgiven those who sin against us.

The bible says we should love our neighbors as yourself. Your neighbor is not only the guy living near your house, he is your colleague at the office, the guy who is begging you for space in traffic, the woman selling oranges at 3 for N100 and you are bargaining 5 for N50, it is the person you are owing whom you have refused to pay.  Whichever way you want God and man to treat you is how you should treat your neighbor.
