That Challenge Will Make You A Celebrity

Are you going through hopeless situations and trials and you are wondering why God is silent, you have sown seeds and you have prayed yet nothing is working on that particular situation,  every other desire seems to be sorted out without you even praying about it but this one has just been pending and it looks as though it’s going to disgrace you or bring you shame.

I bring a word for you from the throne of grace,  God wants to use that situation to gain honor and glory for His name and He wants to use it publicly endorse you as His son.

Its amazing that when Lazarus was sick and was dying, Jesus stayed two more days where He was,  they even told him that it was not just any Lazarus but the “Lazarus whom you love” was dying.  After Lazarus had been dead and stinking,  Jesus showed up! Why did Jesus delay? Why didn’t He rush to Lazarus' side even though He loved him dearly? Jesus was playing out a script, John 11:4 tells us Jesus said “ this sickness is not unto death but for the glory of God, that the Son of God may be glorified through it”

God has an obsession and it is to be believed!  Wherever God sees doubters, He is excited because He will do a creative miracle that will let the doubters know that there is a God in heaven who reigns and rules in the affairs of men. God will do ANYTHING for people to know that He is God!  That is why you see many verses in the Bible that end with the sentence “and they shall know”

Be excited about what you are going through because God doesn’t just choose anyone to show His glory,  in the Bible,  God chose men of stature like Abraham,  Job, David,  Joseph,  Paul and many others, if God has chosen you be excited because God respects you and He knows you love Him. You are advancing and coming out better, richer,  stronger than you have ever been.

Lazarus did not know what he was going through was going to bring glory to God, that situation may look hopeless but in the end God will use it to make you a sign and a wonder.
At the end of that story in John 12:9-11 9When all the peopled heard of Jesus’ arrival, they flocked to see him and also to see Lazarus, the man Jesus had raised from the dead. 10Then the leading priests decided to kill Lazarus, too, 11for it was BECAUSE of him that many of the people had deserted themeand believed in Jesus.
Lazarus became a reference point!  Anyone who saw Lazarus believed in Jesus because they would say,  “ If Jesus can raise this man from the dead,  my case is not hopeless!”

Get ready,  when God is through with you,  you will become a celebrity!
