Marcus began to cry and he hugged Michael, thank you for this, I will put it in practice. Two years later, Marcus had become a multi millionaire.
The first man Adam was a superior being to the other human beings after him, he was called Man but after that, the term “mankind” (Genesis 6:1 Young’s Literal Translation) was introduced because man had fallen short of the glory of God. Adam and Eve were not naked, they were clothed with the glory of God which was a bright light around them like the sun. That was why after they sinned, they realised they were naked and God asked Adam in Genesis 3:11 “ who told you that you were naked? “
I want to say something that will mess up your mind: do you know that education came about as a result of the fallen state of man? Man was created to know everything naturally by default, that’s why God could bring all the animals to Adam and ask him to name them! Do you have an idea how many animals we have in the world and one man named all of them! The Bible also tells us in Genesis 2:19 that whatever Adam named any animal, that was it’s name, God was comfortable with his intellectual capacity!
When Jesus died and rose, He restored that supernatural intellectual capacity. The Bible tells us in Acts 4:13 (NASB) Now as they observed the confidence of Peter and John and understood that they were uneducated and untrained men, they were amazed, and began to recognize them as having been with Jesus.
These were fishermen standing before learned elders and they could hold their own, their eloquence and mastery of the Torah could not be faulted, what’s more they just healed a man, these guys had intellectual capacity AND supernatural results! BECAUSE they had been with Jesus!
Ladies and gentlemen, there are gifts, ideas, inventions that will not come out of you until you begin to spend time in God’s presence, there is something you carry that is a magnet for money and people of all nations. That’s why Isaiah 60:1-3 (NKJV) 1Arise, shine; for your light has come, and the glory of the LORD is risen upon you.
2For, behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the people: but the LORD shall arise upon you, and his glory shall be seen upon you.
3And the Gentiles shall come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your rising.
You are not the light, Jesus is the light that is shining on you! It is in His light that we shine! Could it be that the reason you are not shining is because you are not under that light constantly? How do you position yourself under the light? By spending time in God’s presence! You must have a relationship with God. Adam and Eve had a relationship with God, the Bible tells us that Adam and Eve heard the sound of the Lord God walking in the garden in the cool of the day. They knew God’s presence just like you know your father’s car horn! There are no shortcuts my friend, spend time and your light will shine!
