"Among a million women, you are the only one I want to spend the rest of my life with. Will you marry me?"
Niyi got on one knee and proposed to Stephanie. She screamed "yes" with tears in her eyes and then they hugged and kissed as their friends clapped.
Niyi had dated other women in the past but with Stephanie, it was different, he had so much peace with her and he also noticed that his life got better. The business deals he had been chasing for a long time suddenly came tohim effortlessly. He had dated her for just six months but he had no doubt that he wanted to spend the rest of his life with Stephanie.
The bible describes the woman as a helper. The word 'helper' in this context is from the Hebrew word 'Ezer' which means 'power or strength'. As such when a man is with the right woman, there should be changes in his life; his finances, his career, something must change! Every man must ask this question: "did things get better when I met her?" I am not saying there will not be challenges but the number of your challenges will be the number of your victories.
The bible also says in Proverbs 18:22 (NLT) The man who finds a wife finds a treasure, and he receives favor from the LORD.
The right woman will bring rivers of favor into your life. You should also notice the word that calls her a 'treasure'. Treat that woman like a treasure, your wife should never carry the same hair for a whole month, she should never be broke, she should not want for anything, her skin must glow, she must have good clothes and jewelry.
You must do EVERYTHING to take good care of her. GOD WILL TREAT YOU THE WAY YOU TREAT YOUR WIFE! Don't ever forget that as long as you live. May God help us all. Amen
