"If you don't have a car, come out I want to pray for you". Julius was excited when his pastor asked those who didn't have cars to come out for prayers. His pastor prayed and then he told them to start thanking God for their cars because God had heard their prayers and given all of them cars.
Julius was very happy and he would constantly thank God for his car. Whenever anyone asked him about his car, he would say "I have a car, it's on the way". Some would probe further and then realize that Julius was talking in faith, he wasn't bothered about what they thought, he held on to his faith.
He found a scripture in Hebrews 11:3 (ESV)
By faith we understand that the universe was created by the word of God, so that what is seen was not made out of things that are visible.
He understood that the word of God had gone forth and it would produce the car, his part was to be expectant and excited! He didn't have to know how God would do it!
Julius would continually thank God for his car and then one day it happened; he got a call from a friend in the U.S. asking if he was interested in buying a car, Julius told him he had no money then his friend asked him to drop any amount he had and the car would be delivered to him. Julius explained that he had just 20,000 Naira. His friend told him not to worry, he sent the money and the next day, a Mercedes was delivered to Julius! God had shown his faithfulness once again.
Beloved what are you believing God for? You don't have to see it coming, just hold on to Gods word and let your heart be expectant! He will do it for you! Don't doubt it, praise God in advance today!
